A secure web portal into the Immix® system is included as part of the software system. One of the more useful functions this provides is the ability for authorized customers or staff to connect through the internet to watch previous alarms or guard tours from their sites and listen to any audio given or received. The web site also provides a real time view of the security status of the site and enables the customer to view and control live cameras through the web without needing any plug-ins or downloads. A fully functional miniaturized version of the web site is also provided for those wishing to connect through a PDA or mobile phone.
