| Visual Verification |
Verified response policies are being increasingly adopted by major metropolitan cities like Dallas, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Fremont, and many others. The program requires confirmation of a burglary or attempted break-in by a witness before police will respond.
The policy extends the scope of conventional digital alarm monitoring by central stations into the area of visual alarm verification.
Immix® from SureView systems is compliant with the Central Station Alarm Association's (CSAA) Video Verification Standard and SureView is working with its hardware partners to deliver an effective and scaleable Video Verification solution to Central Stations
The objectives of the standard and the Immix® solution include improving efficiencies and decreasing costs around the reporting of alarm events, and providing effective processes for the use of video in effective alarm verifications.

Immix® captures alarms from the on site Visual Verification cameras, integrating the signals with any from the Alarm Panel and presents the alert instantly to the central station operator with a detailed alarm screen and an integrated video clip from the alarm. Powerful and adaptable scripting features guide the operator through the process of managing the alarm and a full time stamped audit trail (including all video images) is maintained for subsequent review.
