The goal of the software is to improve operator response times, by prioritizing what's important, while automating many of the time consuming, manual and often inconsistent processes of running a command center. This in turn results in better security outcomes.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join our growing team. Our product is not an out of the box solution and engineers in the team need to have close working relationships with the customer, development and sales teams in order to successfully deliver the solution. We manage this by embracing a DevOps mentality and maintaining customer specific teams. Account management and customer communication will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of projects and ensuring we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
Perform the installation, commissioning and maintenance of multi-tier SureView environments.
Working with customers to manage system wide rollouts, updates and hotfixes.
Updating support and training documentation.
Providing customer support and troubleshooting via support ticketing system, email and phone. Including some emergency out-of-hours support based on on-call schedule.
Performing user acceptance testing on the latest releases and maintaining internal testing labs.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Qualification in IT-related field or equivalent experience
2+ years commercial engineering experience desirable
Clean criminal record
