7+ years of experience in program management, technical account management, or professional services in a software or security technology company.
Strong background in physical security software, PSIM, GSOC, or integrated access control/video solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
Solid technical understanding of enterprise IT environments, networking, and security integrations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels (from security operators to C-level executives).
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will be responsible for leading the successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing success of SureView Systems’ physical security software with enterprise End Users. This role requires a strong blend of program management discipline, technical acumen, and customer-facing communication skills to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with customer security and operational needs.
The TAM acts as the primary technical and program liaison between SureView, the customer, and any third-party integrators, driving project execution while building trusted relationships that ensure long-term customer success.
Roles and Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise deployments of SureView’s physical security software.
Own project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate across SureView teams (Engineering, Support, Solutions Architecture, Product) and external integrators to ensure timely delivery.
Drive resolution of technical and operational issues, escalating internally as required.
Ensure implementations align with customer-specific security workflows, compliance requirements, and success criteria.
Technical Engagement
Serve as the technical account lead for assigned customers, developing a deep understanding of their physical security environment.
Support solution design, integration planning, and system configuration in partnership with SureView’s Solutions Architects.
Translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables for project teams.
Provide guidance on best practices for system performance, integrations (access control, video, alarm systems), and ongoing usage.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to End Users, ensuring their operational and security goals are met.
Provide proactive communication, reporting, and executive-level updates.
Track customer satisfaction, adoption, and ROI metrics; identify opportunities for additional value creation.
Support training, knowledge transfer, and change management activities.
Contribute to account growth by identifying upsell or expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales.
