Integration between SureView and CCure dates back almost 10-years, and connects Tyco Software House’s CCure 9000 SDK with video and other security systems. Through this integration, operators are presented with an easy-to-use, single interface with everything they need to respond quickly to any incident. How Does it Work?

  1. When an alarm is received from CCure, SureView immediately associates an action plan, map, and any nearby camera streams—providing immediate situational awareness for operators.

  2. Remotely open/close doors with a click of a button.

  3. SOC operators are busy, and adding individual doors manually to multiple systems takes extra time, distracting from and delaying response. Our integration with CCure, utilizing system-sync, means that all doors added into CCure are instantly auto-populated into SureView—creating a seamless and automated process

  4. Managers can also take action by identifying the trends and metrics that impact the performance of their teams for centralized reporting and analysis.Technical Details This integration has been certified with Tyco Software House using their CCure 9000 SDK.
