SureView’s C•CURE 9000 Integration: What’s New

Our C•CURE 9000 integration has had a few meaningful upgrades over the past few months, and for the security operations teams that rely on Software House every day, they’re worth a closer look. C•CURE 9000 is one of the most widely deployed access control platforms in the enterprise security world, and every alarm, every acknowledgement, and every event type counts.
Here’s what’s new in the SureView integration:
Support for C•CURE 3.1
The SureView integration now supports the latest C•CURE 3.1 release. Customers running the newest version of Software House C•CURE 9000 can connect directly to SureView Response without delay—there’s no need to hold back version upgrades to keep alarm flow intact.
Acknowledgement logging with the operator’s username
When a SureView operator acknowledges an aalarm originating from C•CURE, we now write the operator’s username back to C•CURE alongside the acknowledgement. That single change has a meaningful downstream impact:
Audit trail integrity: every alarm closure is tied to a named operator.
Compliance reporting: easier to answer “who handled this incident?” without cross-referencing systems.
Shift accountability: supervisors can see who responded to what, in the system they already trust.
Pre-configured event types for faster onboarding
New deployments now ship with a starting library of common C•CURE event types; door forced open, door held open, and other high-frequency alarms—already mapped to action plans and priorities inside SureView Response. The result is a shorter path from contract to live monitoring, and a more consistent operator experience across sites.
Why it matters
For chief security officers and security operations leads, the value of an integration isn’t the connector itself; it’s how much friction it removes. Each of these updates was driven by real customer requirements from enterprise security teams already running C•CURE 9000 at scale.
If you’d like to see the updated integration in action, or you’re evaluating a unified alarm response platform on top of C•CURE 9000, get in touch with the SureView team.
